Vertronyx (“Vertronyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vertronyx.com. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect from visitors and prospects, how that information is used, the third parties it is shared with, and the controls you have over it.
Vertronyx acts as the data controller for information collected through this site. By using the site or submitting any of the forms on it, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
Lead capture forms. When you fill out the contact form or any other inquiry form on the site, we collect the fields you provide — typically name, email address, phone number, company name, area of interest, and the free-form message you write to us. All fields except the message are required to route the inquiry; the message is optional.
Marketing attribution. When you arrive at the site through a campaign link, we record UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) so we can understand which channels are reaching the right audiences. These values are stored alongside the lead record only when a form is submitted; we do not write a tracking cookie to follow you across sessions.
Technical metadata. At the moment a form is submitted we capture the request IP address and user-agent string. This is used to debug delivery issues, detect abuse, and meet legal requests. We do not assemble these signals into a behavioral profile.
Analytics. The site uses Plausible, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible reports aggregate page-view counts, referrers, and country-level geography only.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, route it to the correct division, schedule any follow-up meetings, send the materials you request, and — if you opt in — keep you informed about Vertronyx engagements that match your stated interest.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use submitted form data to train machine-learning models offered as a third-party product.
3. How we share information
GoHighLevel (GHL). Lead submissions are forwarded to our customer relationship management platform, GoHighLevel, which is the primary system of record for inquiries and follow-up sequences. GHL processes this data on our behalf under its own published security and privacy commitments.
Configurable webhook destinations. The site supports forwarding form submissions to one or more additional internal destinations (for example, a sales channel, an operations dashboard, or a routing service for division-specific inquiries). These destinations are owned by Vertronyx or by integration partners we have engaged on a written basis to deliver the service.
Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate the site itself — hosting, transactional email, error monitoring, and analytics — each under contractual obligations that limit how they may use your data. They are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.
Legal disclosures. We will disclose information when required by valid legal process, when necessary to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vertronyx, our clients, or the public.
4. Retention
Lead records are retained indefinitely until you ask us to delete them. We keep them so that long-cycle prospects can re-engage years later without re-explaining context, and so internal performance reviews are accurate over time. You can ask us to delete your record at any time using the contact details below; deletion requests are honored within 30 days unless a legal hold applies.
Aggregate analytics data is retained for as long as it remains useful for product and channel decisions and contains no individually identifying information.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy. These rights are extended to all users regardless of jurisdiction; we do not require you to demonstrate residency in California, the EU, or the UK to exercise them.
To make a request, email privacy@vertronyx.com from the address on file. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where one is available to you.
6. SMS communications (TCPA)
By providing your phone number to Vertronyx, you consent to receive SMS communications from Vertronyx related to your inquiry, scheduled meetings, contract execution, and ongoing engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email communications, and opting out of email does not opt you out of SMS — each channel is managed independently. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Email communications (CAN-SPAM)
Marketing emails sent by Vertronyx will identify the sender, include a physical postal address, accurately describe their subject matter, and include a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails — such as confirmations of a meeting you booked or materials you specifically requested — may be sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are necessary to fulfill your request.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing email from Vertronyx, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email privacy@vertronyx.com. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days.
8. Cookies
Vertronyx does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for things like remembering form draft state and respecting your reduced-motion preferences. Plausible analytics is configured to operate without cookies entirely.
Your browser controls remain authoritative. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site.
9. International transfers
Vertronyx is based in the United States and processes data here. If you are using the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
10. Children
The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@vertronyx.com and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the firm and its services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through a banner on this page or, where appropriate, a direct email to active leads.
12. Contact
Questions, concerns, or requests under this policy can be sent to privacy@vertronyx.com. Please include enough detail for us to identify the records you are asking about. For business inquiries unrelated to privacy, use the main contact form on this site.
